Exchange, Return & Refund
General Return Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For returns due to size, color, or personal preference, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. However, if the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
For product exchanges, please:
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Request a return for the original item
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund according to our standard refund policy
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the product (if returning due to defects)
- Full shipping address
- Contact phone number
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- If delivery date cannot be verified, returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment
- Returns after 30 days are not accepted unless due to quality issues
Return Process
- Contact customer service at support@pickafind.com to request a return
- Provide your order number and email address
- Receive return authorization and shipping address
- Package your item(s) securely, including all original packaging (box, dust bags, etc.)
- Ship the package and keep the tracking number for reference
Refund Process
After receiving your return:
- We will send a confirmation email upon receipt of your return
- Your return will be inspected and approved or rejected
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
